We have all seen how the music world has jumped on board to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. We have also seen the television and movie industry lend a hand with benefits of their own If you were wondering how the art world is going to lend a hand,…you need not look any further.
This Friday night, March 5th, Renaud Dutreil, Chairman LVMH, Veronica Webb, Moet Hennessey, Eli Wilner & Company and others are all taking part in Marassa, a celebration of Haitian art and style at The Cooper Square Hotel to raise money for the earthquake victims in Haiti. Works from a number Haitian artists are part of a silent auction with the proceeds will go to LakayPAM and H.E.L.P., both of which are 501(c)(3) non- profit organizations providing aid to youth in Haiti.
Master Framer, Eli Wilner has generously framed ten paintings for the silent auction, and is pleased to offer a fine replica frame for each unframed artwork purchased through the event. Our guest may select any one of the ten styles shown on the ten framed works offered this evening and Eli Wilner will provide them the frame free of charge to benefit the Haitian relief effort.
